Join CCP member and independent curator Ashley Lumb for a talk about her current exhibition at the Southeast Museum of Photography in Daytona, Florida. From All Points of the Southern Sky: Photography from Australia and Oceania is a timely show, with the work of 13 photographers engaging with issues currently at the forefront of global concern: climate change, the legacy of colonialism, and racial inequality. While it is first and foremost an exploration of the Australian psyche, its lines of inquiry are inextricable from a history of the UK or the founding of the United States of America. Learn more about the exhibition here.

Joining Ashley for the talk will be two Australian artists from the show, Kate Robertson, and Peta Clancy. Also joining is a photographer Ashley met in Jordan, where she currently resides, Tariq Dajani. Tariq's photogravure work will be exhibited as part of CCP's future exhibition, Photographs as Letters.
