About the Artist:

Yonatan Israeli is a theater director and choreographer based in Tel Aviv. He transitioned from the world of theatre to the world of photography and cinema with the understanding that through the lens he can manipulate the audience and choose the exact movement he wants them to see.

About the Project:

In this project Yonatan explored the limits of the body's movement and connects this to postmodern fashion. This project talks about noises that we can't silence that prevent us from accepting and loving ourselves. Our inner monster called the subconscious.

Yonatan created this shoot for the OCD, a party line catalyzed by a collective of international and local multidisciplinary artists utilizing various mediums to immerse audiences in worlds of play that prompt social questions.
