This image titled “This Is Not a Hydrant” was taken back in 2021. I remember having the idea of shooting something with an open hydrant for quite some time, but I did not have the tools to do so.
The perfect opportunity arose when I looked just outside my window on a hot summer day to see that the neighbors had opened the hydrant right in front of my building. Without hesitation I ran down with my suit and camera and proceeded to entertain everyone who may have seen.
