Weekend Portfolio: Ni Ouyang

Ni Ouyang is an editorial photographer and filmmaker born in Shanghai, based in New York City. She studies Photography and Film at the the State University of New York(FIT). Her work has been exhibited in varies galleries in the U.S. and reported by local newspapers. She is eager to utilize the cultural communicative competence and technical skills to investigate culture, explore unearth valuable stories, and challenge the traditional paradigms. As an artist raised in Asia, her international background has provided her a deeper understanding of using imagery to express the unique word.
