Living between two great parks Riverside Park and Central Park Sue Bailey has connected with nature through her photography. Bailey goes out at night to photograph because she feels more connected to the world. Besides photographing at night, it is also the time when the city becomes alive which engages her passion for theater.  From ambient light from movie theater marquees, police cars and other forms of "million-dollar-light-displays" Sue Bailey looks for spotlight to give the trees personality and character.  She hopes that putting trees center stage will inspire people to take a moment to appreciate the natural world that surrounds them- especially in one of the world's most populated cities.
