As the brooding, leaden clouds cast their shadow over him and the city, he found solace in introspection. His weary, overburdened frame slumped, and he honed his senses to the symphony of sounds that seemed to exist solely for him.
At this precise moment, he could stay perfectly still and liberate himself from the chaotic tension of everyday life, finding a brief respite in the stillness.
