Baxter Street at CCNY: Shimmer, Shimmer

Baxter Street is pleased to present Shimmer, Shimmer by 2019 workspace resident Lorzeno Triburgo in collaboration with their partner Sarah Van Dyck. Show is on view from October 7th, 2020 to November 4th, 2020. The exhibition features figurative and still-life photographs and draws inspiration from a “history of queer visual activism artists using NYC as a site of political disruption and feminist use of the body as a political state”.

ANTICS- Riddle

Antics Publications is pleased to present the debut photography book and online exhibition Riddle by Fiona Veronique. This 68-page book explores the landscapes and culture of America’s westernmost states. An online release and artist talk will take place through Eyesore on October 13th; a virtual cross-disciplinary, mixed-media exhibition space that creates the ambience of a real gallery.

Meliksetian | Briggs- The Practice of Everyday Life

Meliksetian | Briggs is pleased to present The Practice of Everyday Life, a group exhibition featuring the work of Meg Cranston, Yifan Jiang, John Miller and Cody Trepte. The exhibition examines the passing of, and our perception of time, interior and exterior space and our relation to it in the time of a pandemic, social isolation and lockdowns.
