This photo is the result of an improvised session. I went to visit a friend about ten years ago in France in the city of Montpellier for a few days. I arrived early in the morning at her house, we wanted to go to the beach. It was summer, and it was already very hot. I had loaded my camera with black and white film. She was getting ready, trying on clothes. She realized that I was taking pictures of her and played for a moment with her totally unexpected reflection in the mirror. She laughed and returned to her fittings. She had just given me an unforgettable moment. A moment of beauty and intimacy.
