MUSÉE 29 – EVOLUTION

Evolution explores the concepts of progress, transformation, growth, and advancement in an age when images are taking a dramatic shift in the role they play in our lives.

LOOKING IS EVERYTHING!

LOOKING IS EVERYTHING!

Here at Musée, we are celebrating International Photography Day by presenting you twenty-two images chosen from our various issues. In the words of Henri Cartier-Bresson, “Photography affords me an immediate grip on the world. It is a way of understanding and a way of living more intensely.” Nothing quite parallels the feeling of getting that perfect shot, encapsulating a moment into infinity. The relationship between the photograph and the viewer is an intimate and emotional one. There is no denying the impact of photography. Through our camera lens, we can see the world in an entirely new perspective. Images are the universal language of our age. They are fundamental to how we interact, tell stories, make choices, buy and sell things, see the world, and understand who we are.

“I don’t believe in art. I believe in photography.” -Andy Warhol
