MUSÉE 29 – EVOLUTION

Evolution explores the concepts of progress, transformation, growth, and advancement in an age when images are taking a dramatic shift in the role they play in our lives.

Emma Hack: Undercover at Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery

Emma Hack's work is entirely unique. She has come to popular prominence with her work in so and so's video “Somebody that I used to know”. The work in Undercover is brilliant, not only did the gallery host a live body painting before the show, but the small space created an intimate atmosphere for Hack's unique brand of portraiture. Hack takes models and body paints them to blend in to the background, eyes and teeth peek out, body lines are visible but only upon further examination.

The show runs until March 12th.
