My name is Ellen. I grew up in Washington DC and studied Art History and Political Science at Columbia University in New York. I moved to Paris and later to London to assist Juergen Teller.

I enjoy taking photos of a working life, a nomad life, an aimless life. Perhaps I like to keep a record of a car I had, a life I had in LA, a sunset...I don’t feel I have a place to stop yet, so here is the evidence of a life I had in these photos because when you’re a wanderer you can’t carry much with you.
