Sean Manuel is an analogue photographer based in Charlotte, North Carolina by way of Palm Harbor, Florida. His art focuses on the Black experience. Aiming to challenge notions of beauty concerning Black bodies, while showcasing the diverse and vivid experiences of Black culture. Exploring diverse ideas concerning things like community, love and trauma within the Black community. With the ultimate goal of giving visibility to individuals and things that are often unexplored and forgotten.
