The National Association of Women Artists, Inc. (NAWA) is excited to present its second small works exhibition of 2018, featuring Small Works by 75 member and non- member artists. “Small Works” are truly compact creations with big perspectives. We are proud of the fact that each year we get more entries, although the work of the jurors becomes more challenging. One of NAWA’s most popular exhibits, each selection is no larger than 15 x 15 in. The viewer can experience a close relationship to each piece through the artist’s eyes, at times viewing detail that has been created on an intimate level, but yet possesses an immensity of information. Covering a wide spectrum of styles and mediums, the works encompass oil and acrylic paintings, photography, sculpture, watercolor, original prints (intaglio), soft pastels, and mixed media.
