Eric England is an American portrait and conceptual photographer based in the U.S. His collection of works are riddled with metaphors, symbolism and colors that help make them hypnotizing to look at. England went to school in Tennessee to study Mass Communication and is the son to another dedicated photographer, so it was only expected that he became the successful photographer that we see today.

His range of work also stretches into fashion, food, and musical performance. Despite the variety of scenes he chooses to shoot in he manages to maintain the same level of depth.

As a portrait photographer one of the most important elements is the subject, which is reflected in his series People, as you move more into his conceptual photos you see less of the actual faces of the individuals but the symbolism is just as strong. The picture below uses long exposure and documents a woman having a night out. The streaks of light are sporadic, vibrant, and colorful, which can be equated to what goes on in a persons mind when they're out dancing.
