Pulitzer Prize–winning photojournalist and New York Times best-selling author Lynsey Addario of her book It's What I Do: A Photographers Life of Love and War, was honored at the Seventh Annual ICP Spotlights on Tuesday November 7th. Addario is a photojournalist who works with publishers like The New York Times and National Geographic focusing on human rights issue in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. The International Center for Photography's annual luncheon benefits ICP’s education and exhibition programs as well as the Mary Ellen Mark Memorial Scholarship. Award-winning journalist Katie Couric led an on-stage conversation with Addario at the event.
