Virgo (Aug 23 - Sep 22)
Virgo: Mercury, your ruler, will Retrograde again as happens frequently, but keep in mind that your powers of manifestation are turned inwards this month. So take that as you will, but the more sound and whole and organized you are deep in yourself, the more you will see this radiating outwards, and Mercury will be Retrograding in your house of relationship, thus indicating that this is a time that your connections with someone you already know and love will serve you in self-illumination. On March 6th, the day Mercury Retrogrades, there will be a really lovely New Moon at 15 degrees Pisces which will elucidate your axis of self versus other, the self alone and then merged in relationship. I say with emphasis here, merged, because that’s the key word of Neptune, the ruler of your sphere of relationship, the ruler of Pisces, and the planet exactly aligned with this Moon. So this is quite the month for deep, emotional connection that makes you feel more whole in yourself. A sacrifice of some sort could be in order, one for the other, for Pisces can operate in that mode, of playing the martyr or mating with someone who does, though I consider that the lower end of the Pisces sphere of connection, and something you have to move past over time. But anyway this Moon is so extremely cathartic, sympathetic, romantic, and I’m sure you’ll feel it all. Mars will be touring Taurus this month and a house that has to do with philosophy, understanding of other cultures and places, as well as foreign travel, so travel of some sort might be possible this month. The planet of ego will square or conflict with Venus in Aquarius, in your house of routines, habits, and health, a favorable position for Venus in terms of getting along with those you work with and for your own well-being. But the square might make you antsy for profound results from mundane labors; a disconnect could hit you mid-month, striking a line between what you imagine you must manifest and what you actually see, and what your days actually involve. Then on the 20thwe have a Full Moon at 0 degrees Libra, aloof from all the other planets, but exactly opposite Chiron, asteroid of the wounded healer. So Chiron is coasting the cusp of Aries, and a place in your chart which has to do with financial and emotional ties, incidents of crisis, and awareness of cycles of life and death; it’s a complicated house. The Moon will enter a more personal financial area, which also has to do with body awareness. Thus you might be trying to financially compensate for some lack you feel later in March; the Moon indicates at least a flux in finances, and sometimes an intuition of a good way to bring in income. Money made through healing matters is possible, too. And sexually, for there are deep sexual tones to both these houses, any encounters you have now will have deep rippling, healing effects on you.
