Pisces (Feb 19 - Mar 20)
Pisces: April begins with a bit of strain on you financially. Everyone is going to feel some kind of strain as the Full Moon, a second for March and so called a Blue Moon, on March 31st was in difficult straits with Saturn, the planet of restriction and sometimes loss, as well as Mars, which pushed our pressures to the fore. So for you the Sun and Moon were moving along a financial axis which also has to do with personal possessions, with feelings as possessions, your connectivity in relationships, your fluidity or miserliness with money. Saturn and Mars put pressure on that zone from your house of social, political affiliations and group involvement overall. This is also the sphere of far-flung dreams, or rather ideas you have for your future which would require a listening, accepting public to be achieved. So Saturn here, where it will remain until the end of 2019, will restrict tightly these dreams so that nothing but practical, achievable ideas escape. Also your social interactions, and all your affiliations will feel reduced to only what is necessary. Mars’ presence here basically means you grow impatient with the situation and take from it all that you possibly can at the moment. You might have to put up money at this time towards your future, for a scheme, for some reason which it turns you can’t really help. In the end this Full Moon could have wonderful, far-reaching positive effects but whatever the case, the requirements to see it through are difficult for everybody. You might also feel strained in a relationship—perhaps restricted socially because of it, or responsible for some type of restriction you have imposed. But let’s move on. The tone shifts into April. By the 15th we are under the influence of a New Moon, this one striking up against Uranus, the planet of shaking up boredom, of spontaneity, of breaking down routine. At 26 degrees Aries, this New Moon falls in your house of personal finances (much pronounced this time of year.) So, there you have it—here is the aspect of needing to shell out money or actually receive a non-specific but hefty amount of money. Emotionally you might feel erratic around this time, too; excited, blowing hot and cold. You could feel especially inspired if you work with a talent that you constantly need to practice as this is a good aspect for breaking through ruts in your practice. Finally by month’s end, on the 29th, we have one of the loveliest Full Moons of the year to round out the bumpiness of late March and most of April. It is in Scorpio, and so your house of objectivity and rational thinking, at 9 degrees, and is well-supported by Saturn, by your ruler, Neptune, in your own house of self, and is in the range of Jupiter, in Scorpio also. This Full Moon is so lovely because it’s connected to the strength and happiness we draw from our dreams, which everyone needs to float through a world of harsh realities, but it is also supported by Saturn, and so reality seems to absorb and take on the quality of our dreams at this time. Jupiter of course expands the feeling infinitely and is in fact in a position of exaltation, naturally ruling this expansive, curious ninth house of the mind. A great, great time to travel in late April, especially abroad. But also if you’re involved in the legal system right now, things will go well. If you’re in university and graduating you’ll feel a sense of fulfillment. You might succeed in publishing, you might experience a restoration of faith with some religious organization. Whatever it is in your mind and heart, you’re poised to appreciate yourself, your path, and to enliven your focus towards what you would master in this life.
