Gemini (May 21 - Jun 21)
Gemini: Your ruler will retrograde this month, Gemini, in Virgo, a sign it also rules, in your house of deep core motivation. Mercury here could give you a lot of time, space, and interest in looking over old parts of yourself, old family connections, to perhaps talk over and resolve unfinished matters. Venus will oppose Pluto this month, too, the most intense emotional indication of relationship possible in your houses of connection and financial security. Pluto suggests that you might have been poised to make a lot of money the past few years and that you might receive an important gift or connection this mont too. Emotionally you may be getting more deeply involved than ever with someone and you must confront the depths and madness of your own feeling. But let's move on--important Eclipses loom this month, which will be seen all across the US, which build upon themes begun in February. The first, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will occur on August 7th at 15 degrees Aquarius in your house of objective understanding, foreign connections, and public institutions, opposing Mars in a more personal mental house, and supported by trine with Jupiter in your house of individual creativity. The Lunar Eclipse of course represents endings and so deals with the fruition of already introduced material; here you have personal stake and intensity of your own convictions set in relief against emotional ties and subconscious control coming from a greater group, a more linked and established set of ideals. Jupiter suggests that you use this dichotomy to your advantage, to create something new, to bring a new child of this world, to increase your own satisfaction. There may be something to discover here, which you have a good opportunity to pore over with Mercury in a most private house and retrograde, turned back to yourself. On August 21st there will be the New Moon Solar Eclipse at 28 degrees Leo, the degree of the fixed star Regulus, united with the fire signs in a Grand Trine through Uranus in Aries and Saturn in Sagittarius. This is a powerful New Moon, a profound new start. For you the New Moon hits at the end of your house of the mind, towards your Immum Coeli, perhaps, if your rising degree is in early Gemini, thus the most direct link possible to who you really are, the most fixed part of us, and is gloriously supported by Uranus from your house of greater social connections and revolutionary tendencies and Saturn in your house of relationship. Saturn here suggests your tie in a serious relationship is involved with this future road. Uranus points the way towards an entirely new village, a new set of principles which links you with a vast people, as well as your own personal stake in the new, and the Moon and Sun and Mars joined in your house of the mind suggest that you are mentally orientated to change your most basic ways, that your daily life, your daily correspondences are in flux, and your sense of well-being subject to your own disposition. And also that all the action and drama of your life is concentrated close to home, amongst the people you understand best, what could be called, perhaps, the more mundane world. In the end though the world is what we make of it, what we decide to see. That applies here to you in this case; the most wondrous things might be visible if your mind is attuned to them.
