Gemini (May 21 - Jun 21)
Gemini: We enter April, Gemini, on the heels of a rather tough Full Moon on March 31st, opposed to the Libra Sun, and square or at odds with Mars and Saturn. For you at the moment and for a couple years to come, Saturn is in your house of relationships tested through strife, hardships, also financial partnerships, even occult practices. A strange and the most undefinable house this is—the eighth house can rule deaths, births, sexual relations, business mergers, financial assets and acquirements, and power you have over other people or that they have over you. Saturn here then in a sense restricts the expression of this house, dampens it, lowers its threshold, so that the ethos of the material you keep here can be reduced to its utmost value. But Mars pressurizes all this activity: in fact amps up sexual needs, lust for money. Saturn will curtail this desire, in fact, squirrel all this intense need into a vision of security—your desires get redirected downwards, turn you stealthy. Everything you do around end of March, beginning of April, will have the quality of intense, embroiled sensitivity and stealth, as if a tornado looms and you must hold everything down. Meanwhile, the Sun and Moon pass through your axis of personal and group-affiliated joys and expressions, so that under the pretense of enjoyment, or social conformity even, you grab for yourself, hold down for your future. There are so many possibilities of this Full Moon—everything from a pregnancy, a high-stakes competition, joining into a political movement, a marriage, even attending a funeral is likely. Overshadowing it all though would be the fear, the sudden great necessity to secure your assets, your future, your connections, in other words to proclaim you exist. Anyway, the rest of April is not so serious or somber! On the 15th we have the New Moon at 26 degrees Aries in the house which has to do with group, outer identifications, your social choices, close to Uranus. This might bring unexpected events your way; this New Moon could bring new friendship into your life. It might bring you into a political, socially concerned fore in which you’d be on the side of breaking down useless barriers. The Sun will come to an exact degree with Uranus shortly after this moon, too, on the 17th and this is a great time to throw out what no longer works for good and ready yourself for unknown situations, spontaneous situations. Also, the lure of new experiences, and of getting to know those who are different from you or those you’ve known previously, will all be a great lure. Finally, on April 29th we have the Full Moon in Scorpio. This Full Moon is radiant, lovely, supported by Saturn, Neptune, loosely aligned with Jupiter. The Full Moon will sail through your house of routines and health habits, touching base with that house of depths of partnerships and also your career. Health-wise you should be very well, invigorated with all your powers, and this feeling cascades through your life. Partnerships are healthier, your work is better carried out. It’s a culmination of months, years, of good self-care and that cannot be underestimated.
